Advanced Replacement Program* and Free 2-way RMA shipping*

AVer is committed to offering the best quality products and services to you. In the event of an AVer product malfunction, we offer a FREE Advanced Replacement Program* for the entire duration of our product's standard warranty. This provides you with a rapid resolution and minimizes any downtime. AVer will even ship you a replacement system, before you ship back the defective unit. We will also take care of any associated shipping costs with our free 2-way RMA shipping assistance. Simply call our toll-free customer service line hotline at 1-877-528-7824 and we will help you with this process along with sending you a pre-paid shipping label for the return of our document camera. All you need is the product serial number and you are all set.

Once the product is declared faulty by Technical Support, the faulty product must be returned (at the customer’s expense) to AVer. Following receipt, inspection and approval by AVer, the product will either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of AVer, and the replacement product will be sent to the customer at AVer’s expense.

Parts and Labor Warranty

This Parts and Labor Warranty shall not apply to products deemed defective by unreasonable use, accident, negligence or modification done other than by AVer's authorized service technicians. This Parts and Labor Warranty shall not apply to refurbished products (See below for Refurbished Product Limited Warranty) and discontinued products (See below for Discontinued Products). AVer Information Inc. provides one year Parts and Labor Warranty for all Document Camera Accessories and AVerKey product from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

You may return merchandise purchased from www.averusa.com to AVer Information, Inc. by mail. You will receive a refund for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below. Note: All returns, whether the product is defective or not requires an RMA number. We do not offer merchandise exchanges.

All refurbished products have a non-returnable policy.

14-Day Return Period

Fourteen days from the date merchandise was received, full refunds are available (product value only, not including shipping costs) on all AVer products.

30-Day Return Period

Products may be returned up to 30 days from the date merchandise was received (product value only, not including shipping costs), however any merchandise received 15-30 days from the original date the merchandise was received, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Exceptions

  • Items that are abused
  • Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. If the item is damaged or defective, please see details below.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned products received 15 - 30 days after the merchandise was originally received.

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee

A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e. any product not in "like new" condition).

Limited Warranty

AVer Information Inc. offers a 3-year parts and labor warranty for the EVC, VC and CAM series, and a 2-year parts and labor warranty for the EMC, H series and VCBridge from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. All AVer video conferencing systems qualify for one year of advanced replacement upon product registration (valid for one year from date of purchase).   • 6 Months Limited Warranty:
    All VC, CAM, VB, FONE & CP Series

Defective Item Return Guidelines

  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the shipping box (Contact support to obtain a RMA number)
  • Provide a copy of your proof of purchase, such as your sales invoice or sales order
  • Include a written description of the reason for return for each returned product

Free 2-way RMA Shipping (Continental USA/Alaska/Hawaii Only)

Products that qualify for RMA include free 2-way shipping. Once the RMA is processed, the user will receive an email with a pre-paid shipping label to use for the return of a defective product. Upon repair, AVer cover the shipping cost to return the unit back to the user. 2-way shipping does not apply to products that are physically damaged or out of warranty.

AVer will NOT pay for 2 way shipping if the product is:

  • Out of warranty
  • Physically damaged by user
  • Stock rotation by channel

AVer RMA RETURN POLICY- Return For Credit (RFC)

  • Product MUST be in NEW condition and box UNOPENED for the return to be accepted.
  • If the product is OPENED, special approval will be needed and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
  • Products may be returned up to 30 days from the date merchandise was received (product value only, not including shipping costs) for full value credit.
  • If approved, products returned after 30 days will have a 15% restocking fee applied.
  • If shipping cost was added to the original shipment, this charge will not be refunded.
  • If a Return Label is requested for the approved RMA, the return shipping cost will be applied.
Returns MUST be marked with the RMA Reference # that is provided by our CSR Team member in order for the credit back to be processed.
