1. What is the maximum transmission distance of the AVer UE1 extender?

The UE1 extender can transmit USB 3.0, HDMI, and control data up to 100 meters, or 328 feet, over a standard CAT5e, CAT6, or CAT7 cable.

2. Does the AVer UE1 extender power the connected camera?

Yes, the UE1 extender provides PoE++ (Power over Ethernet) to power the connected AVer PTZ or TR camera directly, eliminating the need for a separate power supply at the camera mounting location.

3. Why does the UE1 extender have two network ports?

One RJ45 port is used to supply PoE++ power to the camera and transmit data, while the other is used to connect the system to a local network switch for IP control.
