T18 and X12 Product Notices for Canadian Customers
Dear AVer Customer,
AVer Information Inc is announcing a voluntary corrective action program for the T18 Charging Tower due to non-compliance with Canadian product safety regulations. AVer regrets this error and will rectify this matter quickly.
As the T18 does not yet have the cUL certification, AVer Information Inc. is offering you the following information and options to ensure you are satisfied:
- You should immediately unplug the unit from wall outlet and notify AVer Information Inc. customer service department at 1-877-528-7824 or email support.usa@aver.com to request a complete procedure in order to rectify the matter.
- The Electrical Safety Authority is allowing AVer 30 days to rectify this issue. AVer will commission certified field inspectors to individually certify each product in your possession before they can be used at our cost. We envision this process to be completed within this 30 day period.
- After the certification process, you can continue to enjoy using the T18.
As the X12 Charging Cabinet does not yet have the cUL certification, AVer Information Inc. is offering you the following information and options to ensure you are satisfied:
