Ted manages all of the people functions at AVer to ensure a fun working environment with high integrity, productivity and transparency. Ted is also responsible for the planning of strategic human resources to provide AVer with the best talent and to position AVer as the employer of choice.
Prior to joining AVer, Ted worked at Hewlett-Packard Company for over 23 years. At Hewlett Packard, Ted held multiple Executive Management positions, including National Sales Manager, Western Regional Sales Manager, Western Area Sales Manager, Major Account Partner Business Manager, District Sales Manager, and Regional Partner Business Manager. Ted has managed sales teams over 65 Sales Managers and Sales Representatives with annual sales revenues exceeding $750M. Charles Montoya is the Senior Director of National Sales and Marketing for AVer Information USA. In this role, Charles implements sales goals, and provides strategic guidance for success through marketing initiatives. With over 20+ years of experience in sales and the technology industry, Charles has a strong track record of driving performance in numerous capacities including engagement with customers and partners.
Prior to his role at AVer, Charles worked as a Senior Account Manager for Zoom Video Communications where he was responsible for business development, adoption and growth of video communications technology. He first started as an Inside Sales Rep for GHB, where his business acumen quickly propelled him into the role of Inside Sales Manager. Charles also worked as a Channel Account manager and Territory manager at LifeSize for seven years as trusted adviser working with the channel and end user through the entire engagement lifecycle.
