Warranty and Return Policy

NOTE: The below policy relates to AVer surveillance products sold in North America (US and Canada) only

Limited Warranty

A. Labor: For a period of two (2) or three (3)years (depending on product - read full warranty for more information)from the product manufactured date, AVer will, at no charge, repair this Product if determined by AVer to be defective. After the warranty period, the Purchaser must pay all labor charges.

B. Parts: For a period of two (2) or three years (depending on product - read full warranty for more information)from product manufactured date, AVer will at no charge, supply new or rebuilt replacements for parts determined by AVer to be defective. After the warranty period, the Purchaser must pay all parts charges.

During this period, AVer will repair or replace components of the product that is tested as defective from consumer's regular usage. This Limited Warranty shall not apply to the defective product that has caused by consumer's unreasonable use, accident, negligence or modification done other than by AVer's authorized service technician.

Personal Data
Please remove all personal data from any returned products. AVer is not responsible for any personal data left on or in these items.

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e. any product not in "like new" condition).

Return Shipping Costs
Customer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs. AVer offers refunds on the value of the product only, and does not reimburse or offer credit for initial or return shipping charges.

Credits
Credit will be issued after our RMA department receives, inspects, and processes your return; however, your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement.

RMA Procedure

Product Support
Please contact Technical Support or call 408-942-2118 to determine if your product(s) is a defective product for repair or replacement. You will need to obtain a Ticket ID number before you can submit your RMA Request. You must get an RMA number before returning any product. Products returned without an RMA number referenced on the outside of the shipping box will be refused by our receiving department.

Defective Item Return Guidelines

  • RMA numbers are valid for only 14 business days following the date issued.
  • RMA number, invoice and packing list must be visible on the outside of the package. PACKAGES WITHOUT a RMA number WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs of products returned to AVer, or the cost of upgraded shipping costs for products returned back to customer.
  • All products received damaged, tampered, altered, and/or abused will be subject to refusal and warranty voided.
  • Turn around time for RMA is 10 business days from the date of receiving the defective units. If special circumstances occur and the repaired/replaced product cannot be returned within 10 business days, AVer will notify the customer accordingly.
  • All RMA’s will be repaired or replaced, and shipped via standard ground carrier. Overnight or Next Day airship is available at an extra charge
