The AVer Americas Corporate Citizens Team is committed to serving the education community through gratifying and meaningful volunteer opportunities supporting K-12 schools.
Recently AVer helped rebuild over 15 communities and schools following a wave of natural disasters that displaced numerous people and caused extensive damage. AVer partnered with two organizations to donate over $30,000 to help families during the recovery process, and restore communities across the United States. AVer also supported Active4Youth, an organization that provides youths a safe place to play after school, and gives them the chance to participate in sporting and leadership programs.
AVer has an eclectic history of volunteer efforts in our local community to include the Nike Animal Rescue Foundation, Emmanuel House, Tutoring in local Elementary schools, The Family Giving Tree, Earth Day Beach Cleanup, Adult day care, Arastradero Preserve Community Cleanup, Innvision Women's Shelter, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Walk, Walk a Mile in Her Shoes and the Ronald McDonald house at Stanford. AVer has participated in the Alameda County Food Bank drives in which we received the Red Plate Award for 2015 for collecting 2,822 pounds of food!
Our Corporate Citizen's Team initiatives will focus on K-12 education with organizations such as the Silicon Valley Junior Achievement of Northern California, the Synopsys Championship Science and Technology Fair and Reading Partners Silicon Valley. As a company that manufactures innovative technology for the Educational Market, we pride ourselves in continuing to support education in all aspects. AVer is passionate about giving back to the community and will continue to support our education community through partnerships that will inspire and lead our future innovators into the next generation of technology.
